How do I track my order?

You can track your without logging into your account by going to our Track Order page and use your tracking number or your order number and your email/phone number to see the status of your shipment.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery time for your package can vary depending on postal services, customs procedures and warehouse location. Sometimes the warehouse located nearest to you might be out of stock for the item you order. We don’t want to keep you waiting, so we’ll ship your package from the closest warehouse that has it in stock, even if this means that it could take a little longer to arrive. Our storage facilities are located in the United States, Europe and Asia. We do our best to ship as fast as possible. Please allow 3 to 14 days for deliveries to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom and United States and 1-4 weeks for shipping to the Rest Of The World. How do I return my item?

How do I see my previous orders ?

To see your past orders, you will need to login to your account via the login page and see your order list on the account page. To see more about a certain order, you can click on the order number.

Will I pay Sales Tax on my order?

Applicable state sales tax will be applied in accordance with state tax laws. Sales Tax will be calculated at the time of order review, before your order is placed.

When can I expect my refund?

We will issue a refund after we receive and process an acceptable return. For items directed to our Returns Center, it can take 7-14 business days to receive a refund after the item has been received.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order after it has been placed. In order to ensure the fastest delivery possible, we cannot change or cancel your order once it has been submitted.
