Return Policy

We have a 7-Day return policy. All return requests must be made within 7 days after receiving your product.

Some items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods
- Flowers
- Customized items
- Intimate (underwear / Bras / bikini etc)
- Hazardous materials
- Health and personal care items
- Downloadable software products, video games
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale"

For items purchased as Gifts
If you received or purchased the item as a gift, we will issue you an online gift certificate to use on our website.

To complete your return
- Email us with your Order number and reason for return at returns@trendgoods.com
- Please make sure your email is the same email used for your order

Please DO NOT
- Send your purchase back without any approval or RMA number
- Send products with missing packaging or tags

Shipping for returns:
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You will send the returns to our US warehouse in California.
- We suggest customers to have tracking and insurance purchased for shipments over $50. There will be no guarantee for returned products over $50 if it has not been received by our company.
- Please make sure to send the item preferably with the same box or package, if you are using your own box or packaging, make sure to ensure that the item will not break during transit. Returned items that are damaged during transit will not accepted.

Refund Processing & Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you return is approved, we will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please keep in mind, processing time varies by bank and credit card companies. Please check with your bank or credit card company first.

If you fail to follow the above steps/instructions for your return, your return request will not be accepted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@trendgoods.com
